Prophesying, Speaking in tongues and intepreting - A REASON

One of the reasons why majority of people in a CELESTIAL CHURCH prophesy is because the CELESTIAL doctrine encourages the full manifestation of the Holy Spirit and that the Holy Spirit is a promise for the believers. Joel 2 v 28 confirms this,

" And it shall come to pass afterward, that I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh; and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see visions:"

What do you do when you go into a dark room at night time? She went on, well you put the light on, so I can see of course. Can you see the electricity? She asked. I shook my head only you trust it don't you? Because you know it works. You know that the last time you push the switch down, the light came on. Every time you do it, it happens so you don't think anything about it. You just trust that the electricity is there even though you can't see it. And even if the light doesn't come on you don't say, "that proves there is no electricity." You say the bulb must have gone or the fuse - I'll ask someone to mend it." ..
