A member is not considered ripe for the rite of anointment in Celestial Church of Christ
until such a person has steadily worshipped in the church for three years, two years after
baptism. Exod. 30:30-33. By the time a member is being presented for
anointment, there should be adequate evidence that such a person is a committed Christian
worshipping in Celestial Church of Christ. Apostle Paul was for several years
referred to as "Brother" until he and Barnabas were formally commissioned to
proceed on a missionary journey - Acts 9:17;13:15 Rev. A. A. Bada (Pastor,
